I cant rate Termite Solutions Victoria highly enough. Sam was at the job teh next day. He explained what was required, did the job and provided a very cost effective solution to my pest problem. Very happy with his service and is on my list of reliable trade professionals.
Extremely dissapointed & dissatisfied with this business. Harassing for payments for the works not doneDid organise them for a pest control spray unfortunately which had absolutely NO impact and they just wanted their money irrespective of the fact that the job has not been done properlyDemanded payment upfront before sending someone to come and actually fix the job. Keeping in mind we had them out for a tree treatm prior and the payment was made for that work afterit was done.Have since organised another business to look after our premises.
Dave, Brett and Paul made the implementation of a termite management plan a breeze. Dave organised an inspection for a quote very promptly and alerted me to issues that both a building inspector and other termite company had missed. Brett and Paul arrived at exactly 8am and were very friendly and extremely thorough. Can definitely recommend this company if you have termite issues and will certainly use them again for maintenance of our termite protection.

The guy that came out to do the termite inspection and to treat both indoors and outdoors for pests was professional, responsive and on time….and he was really nice. According to my wife!

Wanted to thank this business for their help! We enquired as to whether we might have a termite tubes coming from our ceiling and requested a quote - after sending through some pics as requested, Anita and one of their technicians confirmed it was just a cocoon and safe to remove. It was nice to have this diagnosed quickly and without being out of pocket (another business wanted to charge us $360 to come and inspect).So glad we contacted TSV, we appreciate their great service and would definitely use their services if needed in the future!
